Responsibilities
  • Lead efforts to unlock largely untapped demand for incentive-based recognition programs within clients
  • Shape the product from initial delivery through go-to-market and launch
  • Collaborate with a variety of functions ranging from customer excellence, finance, marketing, and design
  • Build and execute on a product roadmap in a complex problem space
  • Solve complex problems for customers, helping them drive business outcomes and creating better experiences for their employees
  • Present product strategy, progress, and key updates to senior leaders
  • Collaborate with and guide other product managers aligned with the project
