Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline however, years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
  • VMWare expertise
  • Deep NSX experience

Responsibilities
  • Procure and deploy general virtualization and NSX Health Check tools to provide analytics and information about the health of the environment.
  • Include a pending Vsphere upgrade (from 7 to 8) into the plans when analyzing VMWare & NSX resources.
  • Work with the customer to deploy any OVA's required into the existing environment to perform analysis.
  • Run the capture procedure for both virtualization and for NSX.
  • Execute capture & analysis in conjunction with the customer staff, present to the customer.
  • Resolve issues found during the analysis as well as be the lead technical resource for a Vsphere upgrade project review.
