- 3+ years of professional experience that includes at least 1-2 'shipped' products
- Experience generating puzzle design, system design, and narrative design in products

- Support the team in carrying game concepts from early ideation to fully realized, functional experiences
- Leverage game design to make an impact beyond traditional games
- Craft compelling puzzles and experiences, test them with coworkers and colleagues to gather immediate feedback
- Devise innovative and unconventional methods to test early game concepts and interactions
- Balance complex game systems and rules, and iterate and fine-tune game elements to achieve perfection
- Create support documentation for your designs, including drafting one-pagers, outlining feature sets, assisting in designing data structures, creating flowcharts, and helping to develop presentations
