The Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordinator will work collaboratively with other members of the Talent Acquisition team to support efforts across the firm to identify, attract and recruit top talent. The Recruiting Coordinator serves as an administrative partner to Recruiters within the Talent Acquisition team and is responsible for scheduling and facilitating interviews. The Recruiting Coordinator supports the team’s operational work, working to ensure the recruiting process is run as consistently and efficiently as possible, while also playing a key role in the firms Campus Recruiting efforts. This role is ideal for a process-oriented individual that is looking to gain significant insights and contribute to the firms Campus Recruiting recruitment strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal recruiters to manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for various departments
- Liaise with candidates and employees to schedule all interviews (phone, zoom, onsite, etc.)
- Administer interview assessments through online assessment platforms
- Maintain and manage the Outlook recruiting calendar to ensure all interviews are properly scheduled and communicated to candidates and interviewer
- Provide a seamless, professional and friendly recruiting process for candidates, both virtually and in-person
- Partner and work closely with internal recruiters to provide support for the firms campus recruiting and diversity initiatives (ex. summer internship program, information sessions, etc.)
- Maintain candidate pipelines, including advancing candidates and disposition candidates, using our Applicant Tracking System, Workday, as well as internal system, Confluence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Prior internship or full-time experience in campus recruiting, recruitment coordination or Talent Acquistion is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- High attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work successfully as part of a team, but also able to drive work independently
- Showcases curiosity and innovation by improving efficiency and effectiveness
- Demonstrates high integrity and able to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Experience using Microsoft Suite skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with Workday preferred but not required
