Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • Prior internship or full-time experience in campus recruiting, recruitment coordination or Talent Acquisition is preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work successfully as part of a team, but also able to drive work independently

Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal recruiters to manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for various departments
  • Liaise with candidates and employees to schedule all interviews (phone, zoom, onsite, etc.)
  • Administer interview assessments through online assessment platforms
  • Maintain and manage the Outlook recruiting calendar to ensure all interviews are properly scheduled and communicated to candidates and interviewer
  • Provide a seamless, professional and friendly recruiting process for candidates, both virtually and in-person
  • Partner and work closely with internal recruiters to provide support for the firms campus recruiting and diversity initiatives (ex. summer internship program, information sessions, etc.)
  • Maintain candidate pipelines, including advancing candidates and disposition candidates, using our Applicant Tracking System, Workday, as well as internal system, Confluence
