Overview of opportunity:  

    Maintain continuity of care- See patients in the hospital, clinic and skilled nursing facility (SNF)

    Balanced life- Work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5pm

    Manageable patient load- see on average 15 patients per day

    Ability to grow with the company into leadership positions

Qualifications

Requires a MD or DO. Requires you to have or obtain a medical license in Iowa and board eligibility or board certification. DEA license required.

CANDIDATE DETAILS

7+ to 10 years experience

Minimum Education - Doctorate Degree

Willingness to Travel - Occasionally
