Requirements
- Customer service skills are preferred, particularly experience developed in retail, call center, or sales environments.
- Professional appearance and verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are required.
- A pleasant and courteous personality, along with strong administrative and organizational skills, is required.
- The candidate must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
- Strong telephone and computer skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound service client calls to assist clients with appropriate service-related appointments.
- Determine client transportation needs while vehicles are being serviced.
- Transfer calls to appropriate service personnel as necessary.
- Answer basic warranty questions and schedule appropriate service appointments to resolve issues.
- Document all calls and client information using customer relationship management software.
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive service experience and knowledge of X-Time and CDK are preferred.
