Requirements
  • 2+ years of email marketing experience, preferably in consumer marketing
  • At least 1 year of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience building one-off emails and journeys
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. BA/BS degree required
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and/or SQL is a plus
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira is a plus
  • Organized and proactive, pays attention to detail, and can manage simultaneous projects
  • A creative thinker with strong analytical skills
  • An enthusiastic team player with exceptional communication skills
  • A strong understanding of email best practices
Responsibilities
  • Project-manage all steps of email production, from design and copy, coding and QA, to list segmentation and send
  • Build email campaigns from end-to-end in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Set up A/B tests, monitor analytics, and produce reports to track and optimize campaign performance
  • Ensure the success of email execution by conducting thorough QA of all email elements
  • Report results and learnings within the team and to business stakeholders
  • Suggest ideas to continuously improve our email marketing programs and processes, including campaign development, email design, production, and more
