Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary hands-on link between the Company's physical assets, Operations, Reliability Engineering, and Maintenance & Asset Management Systems.
  • Perform field data collection, including routine and ad hoc equipment audits, QR code management, new site commissioning, and installation of tracking devices as required.
  • Create and manage preventive maintenance schedules and liaise with stakeholder groups for preventive maintenance schedule support.
  • Maintain asset register and hierarchy accuracy and currency, including in-service/out-of-service status, equipment specifications, parent-child relationships, and SCADA linking.
  • Own the closeout process for supported Basin work orders and update down-equipment statuses based on daily reporting.
  • Collaborate with Construction and Engineering on new sites to ensure equipment is tagged and available in all applicable systems before go-live.
  • Serve as the primary contact for business and system process rollouts and training.
  • Support stakeholders in achieving Asset Management and Reliability effectiveness, including weekly meetings, field visits, and monthly or quarterly reviews.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's or associate degree is preferred.
  • CMMS software experience is a major plus.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish ability is a plus.
