  • Lead various automation & robotic integration projects.
  • Lead new technology initiatives on industrial robotics, networking, and process control.
  • Design, install, and validate electrical architecture for new and existing manufacturing equipment.
  • Create specifications in support of equipment build and upgrades.
  • Implement, maintain, and update furnace equipment safety systems critical to operations.
  • Troubleshooting of database and reporting platforms.
  • Troubleshooting machine programming, and material handling/robotics.
  • Collect and report production from various systems to improve quality and process efficiencies.
  • Implement and maintain cyber security practices to protect intellectual property and machine assets.
  • Participate on many projects concurrently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop project scope to address business challenges and opportunities.
  • Overseeing project progress and costs; communicating status with stakeholders and participating functional areas; addressing and resolving problems.
  • Directing project staffing; motivating and developing project team and team members.
  • Manages multiple or complex engineering projects involving multiple functions, organizations, products, or value chains.
