Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with data.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized, detail-oriented manner.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in both office and warehouse settings.
  • Availability to work full-time for the duration of the summer program.
Responsibilities
  • Support purchase order creation, tracking, and expediting with vendors and suppliers.
  • Help maintain bills of material, item data, and procurement records.
  • Assist with vendor quote requests, price comparisons, and lead-time follow-up.
  • Support receiving, inventory counts, and material staging for pre-fabrication and field delivery.
  • Help reconcile packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Contribute to reporting and analysis on spend, lead times, or supplier performance.

  • Interest in construction, manufacturing, or industrial supply chains.
