The expansion strengthens the firm's West Coast presence and targets growth in life sciences, wealth management and nonprofit sectors. The office will be led by Justin Kay, a BPM partner with 20 years of experience in the region. The team will provide tax, assurance, advisory and wealth management services to clients across Southern California. BPM plans to continue hiring throughout 2026 across multiple disciplines. The San Diego location reflects the firm's broader strategy of building a national platform, following recent office additions and service line expansions. The firm operates domestically and internationally as a Certified B Corp.
