  • Sales planning and forecast management of our <$50k Enterprise renewals business
  • Developing and refining our renewal and contract consolidation strategies
  • Partnering with our Go-Market-Team to develop a Deal Desk function
  • Partnering with Enterprise Sales Leadership to develop our Business Value strategy
  • Coach and develop your front line reports
  • Define team objectives to enable achievement of weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
  • Become well versed on the ROI and value proposition of ZoomInfo
  • Partner quarterly with Sales Leadership to define target renewal list
  • Work closely with our Customer Success team to identify high-risk clients and develop a plan of action to increase adoption and usage
  • Follow and adhere to best practices for all internal processes including, opportunity management, MEDDPICC, data accuracy, quoting and forecasting
  • Track and monitor Team KPIs
  • Partner with enablement to facilitate sales trainings as needed
  • Partner with Sr. Leadership on new programs and initiatives as necessary
  • Participate in the hiring process and performance management of direct reports
