• Consulting Excellence: Provide top-notch Degree Works implementation services, training, troubleshooting, and technical support to a diverse community of higher education clients.

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years working within the Higher Education Industry.
• 5 or more years of experience working with Degree Works, beyond an end user, demonstrating advanced proficiency.
• Proficient in accurately transcribing and documenting academic information using Degree Works, demonstrating a keen ability to scribe and maintain precise records of students’ academic progress.
• Experience serving on implementation teams and supporting Degree Works while advising on degree audits, completion requirements, or curriculum management.
• Experience in a consulting capacity, focusing on enhancing business processes and creating efficiency.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Degree Works system and provide training to employees and end users.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a proven customer service approach.
• The ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in accurately transcribing and documenting academic information using Degree Works, demonstrating a keen ability to scribe and maintain precise records of students’ academic progress.
• Experience managing project based work.
• Familiarity with a Student Information System (SIS) such as Banner is highly valued.
• A basic understanding of Oracle database tables and SQL is advantageous.

Pay and Benefits

• The salary range is $90,000 -$125,000 with bonus potential
