Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management is required.
  • Understanding of corporate and Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions market dynamics and the business environment is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities are required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team is required.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Willingness to travel frequently is required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional business goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Lead, motivate, and drive corporate groups and Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions opportunities to the hotel.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value sales deals.
  • Maintain excellent customer service levels and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Explore and develop new sales channels and partnerships.
  • Drive market penetration and increase brand visibility in key territories.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build business relationships.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and key performance indicators to senior management.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and business updates.
  • Analyze sales data to improve strategies, target key sectors, and optimize performance.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape to improve product offerings.
  • Prepare and manage the regional sales budget.
  • Ensure cost-effective sales operations and adherence to financial guidelines.
Desired Qualifications
  • Arabic language skills are a plus but not essential.
  • An MBA is a plus.
