Requirements
  • 3+ year track record of developing trusted relationships and closing complex deals
  • Experience working in the Higher Education and/or corporate spaces
  • Capable of managing a territory of accounts along with a sizable inbound lead flow and high volume of opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to convert inbound leads from top of funnel through close
  • Exceptional listener with a refined discovery process to uncover prospects’ problems and their consequences
  • Genuinely curious with a constant desire to learn and grow as a person and to understand prospects’ goals, problems, and priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceed quarterly and annual quotas for existing accounts and new business
  • Manage a book of existing accounts by building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Strategically map target accounts to uncover the most opportune growth opportunities
  • Leverage HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn, Apollo, and other technologies to identify and source ideal potential customers
  • Learn, refine, and advance the 3Play sales process, including deep discovery, tailored demos, and strategic negotiations
  • Provide transparency through timely updates to active pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot CRM
  • Work collaboratively with other internal teams and individuals to ensure value and success of our partners
