Requirements
  • Successfully passed secondary school certificate (Realschulabschluss) with good grades in mathematics and physics or very good lower secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss)

Responsibilities
  • Installation and commissioning of electrical equipment assembly of electrical equipment
  • Connection, measurement and analysis of electrical systems
  • Assessment of the safety of electrical systems and equipment
  • Maintenance of plants, machines and systems
  • The main focus of the electrotechnical training is on installation technology, the fundamentals of PLC programming and drive technology
  • You will learn the theoretical technical basics in the vocational school, as well as the subjects economics, German and English
  • Practical assignments take place in the Freudenberg companies at site Kaiserslautern
  • Experienced instructors will accompany and guide you from the start and prepare you step by step for the tasks after completing your apprenticeship

Freudenberg-NOK acquires Seal Aftermarket Products

Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies has acquired Seal Aftermarket Products, LLC (SAP), a Florida-based distributor of automotive transmission kits and components. SAP will be integrated into Freudenberg's Corteco division, enhancing its market position, especially in the transmission sector. The acquisition strengthens Corteco's global presence and market access, particularly in North America. Financial terms were not disclosed.
