- A minimum availability of 40 hours per week with flexibility for overtime.
- Availability for flexible hours and workdays from Sunday through Saturday.
- Availability to work from spring through fall.
- Ability to work outdoors without physical limitations, including lifting more than 50 pounds and bending, kneeling, pulling, and twisting.
- Experience with and proficiency in lawn care and landscape maintenance.
- Experience operating outdoor equipment, including commercial mowers, trimmers, chemical sprayers, pull-behind trailers, chainsaws, and company vehicles.
- Willingness to commute between buildings and possession of a valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, irrigation system maintenance.
- Ability to communicate and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to perform tasks involving no exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues, while understanding that unplanned Category I tasks may occur.
- Help maintain the physical plant, property, and grounds.
- Follow safety, infection-control, and other applicable regulations and company policies.
- Work from a task list.
- Communicate professionally with other departments, patients, their families, and staff.
- Mow, trim, edge, plant, mulch, water, prune, rake, and pressure wash lawns and grounds.
- Strong attention to lawn and landscape detail.
- Self-motivation.
