The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Client Task Force team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects for our clients, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients, team members, and stakeholders to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Client Task Force team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborate with clients to identify project requirements and develop project plans
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitor project progress and take corrective actions when necessary to keep projects on track
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Ensure project quality and customer satisfaction by conducting regular reviews and assessments
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with project management software and tools
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus
• Tableau, SQL, Python, Power BI are a plus
• PMP certification is a plus
