Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, or related roles within the software or enterprise solutions industry.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering virtual and in-person training sessions and webinars.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills for both virtual and in-person audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical product features and benefits of software solutions.
  • Experienced in working in a global, transformative, fast-paced organization.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working closely with product marketing, business managers, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to represent SAP LeanIX / SAP Signavio at partner events, webinars, and industry conferences.
  • Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging and effective webinars and instructor lead trainings (virtual and in-person) for partners that enable SAP partners to sell, implement and use SAP LeanIX / SAP Signavio solutions in projects with end customers.
  • Represent SAP LeanIX / SAP Signavio at partner events, webinars, and industry conferences.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of SAP LeanIX / SAP Signavio partner enablement tools and best-practice guides.
  • Own the continuous improvement cycle for defined partner enablement assets, leveraging feedback from partners and partner business managers.
  • Work closely with the SAP LeanIX / SAP Signavio product marketing to ensure training materials are aligned with product updates and releases.
  • Serve as an SAP internal advocate for partner enablement needs, influencing product roadmaps and marketing programs with feedback from partners and partner business managers.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the SAP LeanIX / SAP Signavio solutions and how they can get applied for key use cases. Stay current with the quarterly SAP LeanIX / SAP Signavio product features and enhancements.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP LeanIX / SAP Signavio or similar business process management and enterprise architecture tools is preferred.
