Assist in coordinating project activities, resources, equipment, and information
Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports
Prepare and distribute project materials such as meeting minutes, schedules, and updates
Support the project team by ensuring deliverables meet quality standards
Identify risks and opportunities, and assist in resolving issues in a timely manner
Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or support role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
