Requirements
  • A BA/BS degree in Engineering or Science.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop thoughtful growth strategies that align with company resources and global marketing initiatives.

  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and gross profit targets for strategic accounts.
  • Manage account profitability by implementing pricing strategies and analyzing P&L, while also selling high-value programs to improve margins and ensure long-term contract renewals.
  • Maintain a well-organized and transparent sales pipeline, nurturing key relationships at all stages.
  • Effectively communicate corporate account plans to your team, providing guidance and positive reinforcement to ensure collective success.
  • Guide cross-functional project teams with empathy and cooperation to acquire and retain corporate accounts.
  • Cultivate strong internal relationships within Solenis, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and personal development through collaboration and training.
  • Build authentic relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within corporate accounts, including C-Suite, and ensure all decision-makers are engaged.
  • Enhance client satisfaction by upholding the Solenis brand with integrity, ensuring that value and trust are consistently delivered.
  • Stay connected to market trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to both sales and marketing leadership.
  • Provide inspirational leadership and support to the local sales teams that service your corporate accounts, ensuring they feel empowered and valued.
