  • 5+ years of experience in sales development or a related field, with minimum 2 years in a leadership or management role at a Software or Cloud technology company.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, particularly within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and deriving insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure they meet and exceed their goals.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies to maximize pipeline generation and drive revenue growth.
  • Continuously refining and optimizing the sales development process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitoring team performance metrics and taking proactive steps to address any gaps or areas for improvement.
  • Conducting regular training sessions and workshops to equip SDRs with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to succeed in their roles.
  • Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align on messaging, target accounts, and outbound campaign strategies to drive pipeline growth.
  • Generating regular reports and analyses to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Occasionally participating in introductory customer calls to provide a company overview and support the sales process as needed.
