Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations and CRM system management
  • Proficient in HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Experience in B2B sales and marketing programs
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Experience managing projects and assignments independently
  • Experience of successfully collaborating across teams and geographies
  • Experience with Salesforce and Google Analytics
Responsibilities
  • Set up campaigns in Hubspot and Salesforce for accurate campaign management and lead generation / nurture tracking
  • Activate B2B performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, including paid social media, email marketing, and paid search
  • Develop and execute marketing database strategies to nurture client growth through segmentation, data cleanliness and data completeness
  • Build targeted marketing programs to nurture new prospects generated through campaign activity
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for advertising and email campaigns
  • Optimize conversions, traffic, landing pages, lead content generation, and calls-to-action on the MiQ website
  • Monitor, analyze and optimize campaigns for performance, ensuring they align with KPIs and ROI targets
  • Provide marketing teams and leadership with ongoing analysis reports for marketing investments
  • Work closely with the US sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives
  • Collaborate with Sr. Director of US Marketing to develop effective marketing assets and collateral
  • Collaborate with the global operations teams to be proactive in enhancing MiQ marketing operations in order to facilitate lead generation, nurturing, and implementation
  • Collaborate with trading and product teams to reach clients and prospects using MiQ programmatic capabilities and techniques
