Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in communications or a related discipline; experience in corporate, tech or manufacturing environment a plus
  • 2+ years working in CMS; experience with HTML a plus
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign a plus
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical language and information to create clear communications and experiences
  • Strong team-oriented mindset, able to embrace flexible work across time zones and collaborate to get the work done
  • Strong interpersonal communicator with partners at all levels to successfully drive projects to completion within tight deadlines
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute on employee digital communication channels (intranet, Slack, Outlook/Staffbase, digital screens, mobile apps, websites, etc.) to meet business goals and create a connected employee experience
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including IT and People teams to act as a key point of contact on digital communication requests and changes; provide information, documentation and guidance on scope, business value and prioritization. Design effective change management approaches in partnership with the teams
  • Support intranet platform, partnering with content owners to develop and maintain pages aligned to best practices and brand/style guidelines
  • Support communications for outages, triage or major impacts/changes to digital communication tools across the company
  • Understand various employee digital communication needs across manufacturing, field, engineering, remote employees, international, etc
  • Listen, monitor and inform on the key metrics and performance indicators and other digital touch points to ensure they deliver on intended business outcomes and identify solutions if not
  • Assess processes and technologies for opportunities to improve user and business needs
