  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Able to perform cost analysis procedures
  • High degree of organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel and Word, and ability to learn ERP functions
  • Self-starter, adaptable, and flexible to operate with minimal direction and little or no supervision
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion with problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership, dedication to teamwork, and integrity
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Manage accounts payable for vendor invoice processing
  • Manage accounts payable for subcontractor invoice processing
  • Communicate with project team regarding subcontractor payment issues
  • Manage month close process ensuring timely posting of project costs
  • Manage project financial closeout along with project team
  • Responsible for cash position reporting and risk assessment
  • Monitor compliance with Joint Check Agreements and vendor credit terms
  • Maintain daily logs and reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned
