Requirements
  • Au moins 10 ans d'expérience en tant que responsable RH, HRBP et/ou recruteur, dont au moins 5 ans dans l'environnement d'un studio de jeux
  • Baccalauréat, idéalement avec une spécialisation en affaires, en RH ou dans un domaine connexe. Un diplôme de deux ans et une expérience professionnelle équivalente peuvent être substitués
  • Une Capacité à établir des relations interpersonnelles positives avec les responsables, les pairs et les équipes inter-départemental (locales et mondiales)
  • Des compétences de leadership pour penser stratégiquement et apporter des changements positifs à l'organisation
  • Français et en anglais écrit et parlé
  • Minimum 10+ years of prior HR leadership, HRBP, and/or Recruiting experience with at least 2 years in a Games Studio environment
  • A Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus in business, HR, or related fields. 2-year degree and Equivalent additional work experience may be substituted
  • An Ability to build positive interpersonal relationships with Managers, peers, and cross functional teams alike (Local and Global)
  • Leadership skills to think strategically and bring positive changes to organization
  • French and English speaking and writing
Responsibilities
  • Provide full-scope HR support to leaders including: executive coaching, employee relations, compensation, structure and levelling, culture development, organizational design, and people development
  • Provide timely mentorship and advice to managers to develop resolution in handling employee issues and concerns efficiently
  • Participate in defining and promoting the employer branding
  • Lead the local Talent Acquisition team and be responsible for the recruitment process starting from the analysis of need, to the integration and follow up of talents
  • Be a partner in the development and the strengthening of Invoke's studio culture
  • Build the appropriate HR systems, policies and programs required to optimize growth and performance
  • Connect and support other Wizards' business as needed, outside of Canada
  • Ensure an inclusive approach in all areas of the studio
