Requirements
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in cash management, ideally within a multinational corporation, bank, or FinTech environment.
  • You possess a solid understanding of banking systems and international business, particularly in handling multi-currency transactions.
  • Familiarity with the requirements and complexities of global payments transactions, including SEPA, SWIFT, API connectivity, banking platforms, and Treasury Management Systems (TMS), is essential.
  • You excel in prioritizing tasks, managing your time effectively, and working independently with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
  • You have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European or Asian languages is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Perform daily reconciliations of bank accounts, payment service providers (PSP), and credit cards to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly identified and resolved.
  • Validate and maintain cash data on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Report and track any connectivity issues with banking and payment systems, working closely with IT and other teams to ensure timely resolution and minimize impact on operations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of reconciliation processes.
  • Assist in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including the preparation of financial reports and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Provide support for various ad hoc tasks as required, contributing to the broader goals of the finance team.
