Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 10 years of combined experience in Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) operations, capability development and/or policy.
  • At least 3 years of experience at a Combatant Command or Service Component HQ.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Indo-Pacific Area of Operations.
  • Familiar with USINDOPACOM Theater Campaign Plan (TCP), Deliberate and Crisis Action Plans, and Operations Plans (OPLANS).
  • Experience in writing reports, graphics, and information papers.
  • Experience analyzing operational data.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must have an active Top-Secret clearance and be SCI eligible. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.
  • Master's Degree and/or attendance at Service Command and General Staff College.
  • Experience coordinating with other Department of Defense (DoD) entities, including the Joint Staff, the Office of the Secretary of Defense and USINDOPACOM's Service Components as well as non-DoD organizations such as DHS and State Department.
  • Graduate of Joint Electronic Warfare Theater Operations Course.
  • Familiar with JEMSO applications and databases (FADE/MIST, CED, etc.)
Responsibilities
  • Aid senior-level strategic planning and briefings, including preparing formal papers and background information for USINDOPACOM senior leader consumption.
  • Provide research and analysis of various EW related national security policies, military strategies, and capability integration that support USINDOPACOM operations and exercises.
  • Utilize experience and knowledge to support Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) focused on USINDOPACOM operations that will ensure freedom of action and mission assurance in all domains throughout the Indo-Pacific.
