Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients/trustees to understand and document their requirements
  • Understand project requirements to map practical solutions
  • Design and document technical, interface, data, and reporting requirements
  • Review and sign off technical and interface specifications before issuing to clients
  • Ensure quality assurance of OneView builds or configuration changes
  • Provide input to time and cost estimations for project delivery
  • Assist with creating and mapping effective system processes
  • Drive innovation to improve existing processes using GAP Analysis
  • Provide insight and ideas for the development of the OneView product
  • Investigate and resolve complex queries and liaise with MSIT for system issues
