Sales Engineers are responsible for satisfying the needs of new and existing customers to maximize their experience with SOTI products. This includes, providing technical support, revenue generation in add-on sales and professional service training and following up on support cases as needed. This position demands managing a fast-paced Sales Engineering team and making sure the team maintains a high level of customer service through all interactions as a SOTI representative.

What You’ll Do
Foster a team culture of collaboration, high-performance, and fun
Drive strategy for team growth. This would include spot coaching, in-role development, career planning mentorship and succession planning.
Mentor Team Leads within your organization to continuously develop their team members
Drive collaboration with Support & Services organizations regionally to provide the best end to end customer experience
Ensure that sales pipeline, deal registrations and POC results are being tracked and reported regionally
Clear the way internally and unblock obstacles for your team when high visibility or executive escalations occur
Maximize employee contribution by developing, mentoring, and motivating employees
