Requirements
  • 2 years of closing experience in either an Account Management or Account Executive role
  • Customer empathy and deep desire to see customers succeed
  • Desire to get technical and the ability to learn LeanData's revenue operations solutions
  • Interest in revenue operations and technical products; a high degree of intellectual curiosity

Responsibilities
  • Own the overall relationship with a portfolio of Mid-Market customers
  • Build relationships with existing clients to retain and grow revenue
  • Manage contract renewals and lead commercial negotiations for contract upgrades
  • Solve complex customer challenges through creative problem solving by working cross-functionally with Sales, Risk, Legal, Commercial, Marketing, and BizOps
  • Develop and implement strategies that increase customer product adoption, engagement, and growth at scale
