What you will do

Work cross-functionally with robotics product, program, and engineering leads to deliver data insights aimed at characterizing and improving the performance of anew warehouse automation technology.
Use a combination of unified and disparate data sources to uncover insights delivered through decision-driving analytics white-papers and automated data visualizations to influence development and deployment of technology solutions.

What you will need to get the job done

8+ years of relevant industry experience in areas such as data modelling and engineering, warehousing and building ETL pipelines, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
At least Bachelors degree in quantitative field (Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent)
Knowledge of and direct experience with AWS technologies and big data analytics tools (EMR, Athena)
Experience with information retrieval, data science, data mining, and using test/control methodology and machine learning techniques
Knowledge in writing and optimizing SQL to handle extremely large datasets
Working knowledge in scripting with R/Python for statistical analysis
Experience in theory and practice of Design of Experiments and statistical analysis of results
Experience with creating end-to-end dashboard solutions (i.e. with Tableau or similar BI tools) and reports that effectively convey insights to a wide range of users
Proven ability to independently deliver end-to-end projects and articulate business impact to stakeholders

Ability to deal with high ambiguity in a fast-paced business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
Experience with financial analytics and understanding of project payback models in a business context.
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively with business leadership and technical teams
