Requirements
  • A minimum Bac+4 qualification in marketing, hospitality, or a business school program is required.
  • English proficiency is mandatory, unless the candidate has at least three years of professional experience.
  • The candidate must have strong interpersonal, organizational, and team-management abilities.
  • The candidate must be dynamic, rigorous, autonomous, and able to analyze merchandising needs.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of point-of-sale managers.
  • Establish opening hours for the different points of sale according to site activity.
  • Control product quality and ensure the proper application of hygiene and safety standards at the points of sale.
  • Measure customer satisfaction and ensure continuous improvement in service quality.
  • Carry out opening and closing duty shifts for the points of sale.
  • Set team missions and objectives and monitor team activity, including compliance with internal regulations.
  • Manage personnel administration, including absence tracking.
  • Anticipate workforce requirements and participate in recruitment.
  • Monitor inventories.
  • Control cash registers and equipment.
