Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day project due diligence, feasibility budgets and schedules, planning and entitlement activities, and support programs established by the Area management team.
  • Assign and manage due diligence projects for the designated business unit or geographic area, assess project risks, and establish consulting and engineering development activities.
  • Coordinate land planning with municipalities, agencies, and utility authorities.
  • Pursue zoning and land use changes through public meetings and governmental hearings.
  • Manage all pre-acquisition land development budgets, schedules, and cash flow activities.
  • Review purchase agreements for necessary entitlement deal points and monitor compliance with terms.
  • Aid in coordinating joint development agreements or joint ventures.
  • Review design documents, site plans, improvement plans, and plats for project coordination and accuracy.
  • Determine availability requirements for utilities, concurrencies, and impact fees.
  • Supervise a team of professionals, lead, direct, and review team members' work, and provide primary input to hiring, firing, promotion, performance, and rewards decisions for direct reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
