Annexus Health/Wealth Sales Director
Wholesaling proprietary products for the largest independent product development company in the annuity industry, the Health/Wealth Sales Director will be primarily responsible for launching and growing a cutting-edge annuity in Integrity’s network of IMOs and/or agent groups. Integrity has over 600,000 contracted agents who do a variety of insurance products including retirement health products like medical supplement, medical advantage, & LTC/STC as well as annuities and life insurance. The Annexus Health/Wealth annuity will be the first of its kind, leveraging the combined sales stories of Fixed Indexed Annuities and Medicare Supplement insurance. This will be the opportunity to create and grow a new distribution channel within the highly successful Annexus/Integrity framework – with success additional products, team member and compensation will follow.
This sales role includes:
- Training internal wholesalers and advisors on the Annexus Health/Wealth product, features, and sales positioning by way of individual/group meetings.
- Motivating currently successful Med Supp producers to learn a new product and how they can harness their existing and new knowledge to reach a new market with a new story.
- Maintaining and growing existing relationships with Integrity IMOs, their internal wholesalers, and other intermediaries who manage the advisor relationships.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and efficiently, seek out ways to provide value and support with internal IMO wholesalers and their agents/advisors.
- Initially this will be individual contributor position to focus on this new opportunity, but has the potential to grow into a sales desk leadership position as we add more products and take on more advisors
Desired Skills and Experience:
We are seeking a qualified, high-energy, self-starting individual with a successful track record of wholesaling health and annuity products.
Qualifications:
- Retail sales and marketing of Medicare supplement products is required, annuities and/or investment product experience is a plus.
- Demonstrate understanding of the Medicare Supplement insurance, annuity and/or securities industry, sales process, and distribution channels.
- Insurance and security licensed.
- The ability to work independently and to communicate clearly and concisely.
- The ability to deliver effective presentations, workshops, and seminars to individuals and groups.
