- A valid driving license is required as travel may be required and mileage will be reimbursed.
- Candidates must be able to diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft operating system problem tickets and perform OS troubleshooting, imaging, and builds on Windows platforms including Windows 7 and piloting Windows 10.
- Candidates must have good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft operating system problem tickets.
- Configure and install common applications and install or remove desktop personal computers and monitors.
- Perform operating system troubleshooting, imaging, and builds.
- Handle Outlook Personal Folders files (Outlook PST files) as part of support.
- Travel involvement may be required and driving license is needed.
- Remote take-over skills.
