Requirements
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 5 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Prior System Integration and Test experience on the AN/TPY-2 program
  • Prior experience with SI&T scope on Exportability programs
  • In-depth knowledge of radar technologies and system engineering principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain additional program access as required.
Responsibilities
  • Support implementation of Exportability solutions into RTX products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, testing, and validation to ensure successful integration and functionality of exportability capabilities.
  • Develop and execute integration plans, schedules, and procedures to meet project milestones and deliverables.
  • Perform system-level analyses and troubleshooting to identify and resolve integration issues.
  • Conduct system performance assessments and validation testing to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
  • Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and customers.
  • Understanding, and compliance with, DoD technology release and export licensing policies.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience integrating AN/TPY-2 product in both domestic and FMS configurations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Past experience with technical leadership
  • Experience with the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar budget tracking system
  • Experience with Raytheon’s Proposal Capture Process (development of Basis of Estimates, etc)
  • Candidate must exhibit an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with coworkers, suppliers, stakeholders, and customers in a team environment
  • Experience contributing in a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to technical problems.
