  • Four-year Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field from an ABET accredited institution
  • 3-10 years related experience, including commercial construction management experience and experience working with public entities
  • Knowledge of applicable codes and standards
  • Knowledge of CPM schedule analysis
  • Bi-Lingual, Spanish Speaking is advantageous
  • Professional registration or PMP (or equivalent) certification is preferred
  • Memberships and accreditations from relevant societies and organizations like American Concrete Institution, American Institution of Steel Construction, American Society of Testing Materials are preferred
