Requirements
- 5+ years marketing experience in the healthcare industry
- Passion for building a business that transforms the healthcare industry
- Ability to handle ambiguity - figuring out what must be done, even if it's never been done before
- Extremely entrepreneurial and self-driven with a track record of building teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Skill leveraging strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to navigate ambiguity
- Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with sales and product
- Track record of developing deep and thoughtful thought leadership content
- Track record of exceptional account based marketing experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Payer GTM marketing strategy that aligns with GTM objectives and new growth initiatives
- Analyze client data and understand industry benchmarks, business trends and opportunities to recommend the most effective growth strategies
- Work closely with subject matter experts to develop value propositions and message maps that position both Datavant and the Ciox brand as experts in the industry and the go-to vendor for release of information and clinical data exchange
- Expand payer relationships to move into VBC, Population Health, and other efforts of strategic growth for the payer business
- Build and develop a lead generation engine to provide marketing qualified leads to the sales team and assist the Sales and GTM teams to meet monthly bookings goals

- You have experience marketing directly to payers - even better if you also have experience marketing to other healthcare stakeholders
- You have experience building a world-class marketing organization that has supported exponential business growth and transformation
- Proven ability to translate technical product(s) into a compelling story that maps to customer needs
