  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Aerospace Engine Engineering Design and/or systems integration.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct component and product integration for maximum performance and operability.
  • Manage product and systems requirements, specifications, and flow-down processes.
  • Drive validation and verification activities, including system-level testing.
  • Define product requirements for modules, components, subcontractors, and partner teams.
  • Manage interfaces between components and execution organizations.
  • Drive critical-to-quality (CTQ) and risk trades within design teams.
  • Oversee overall product configuration and configuration control systems.
  • Stay informed on the latest technical developments and integrate best practices into projects.
  • Use technical expertise for data analysis and support recommendations.
  • Provide guidance and act as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
