  • 10+ Years of experience in Automotive product development and Electrification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or other related fields
  • 5+ years of people & project management experience as an engineering manager.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience in xEV components, principles, operation, and vehicle electrification technology.
  • Consistent record of engineering projects related to testing or simulation of xEVs and their systems & components such as batteries, and/or charging systems.
  • Knowledge in vehicle or vehicle component test procedures.
  • Experience with energy storage system and/or thermal management system development including test equipment, test processes, and system design processes.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the engineering development process for high voltage battery products.
  • Develop and maintain product development timelines, resources and budget requirements.
  • Drive engineering activities at the high voltage battery product level.
  • Drive key decisions that impact system delivery.
  • Develop and maintain the high voltage battery roadmap.
  • Lead Battery suppliers through technical development to PPAP and into production.
