  • At some point, the selected candidate may be required to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (SAP). This SAP must be obtained within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Lead an engineering team consisting of Networks, Comms, Ground Segment, Payloads, and Specialty Subsystem engineers.
  • Manage the Mission Systems NATO AGS development efforts.
  • Plan, organize, and manage technical activities between the NATO AGS stakeholders.
  • Develop and lead Engineering Change Proposals to include BOE development and long-term strategy.
  • Serve as a Cost Account Management (CAM) and present to senior-level management on cost, schedule, and technical risks and issues.
  • Perform integration and developments of hardware systems.
  • Promote a collaborative environment between different disciplines and organizations resulting in teams that are able to effectively solve problems as they arise and proactively prevent things from becoming problems.

  • Experience with complex issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with Global Hawk, NATO or Triton Engineering Experience.
  • Extensive experience with ground system architecture, communications, networks, and payloads.
