  • Competence with technical complexity: you can understand the high-level architecture of a product and its implications for the customer experience, and you're comfortable talking with engineers about project scope and tradeoffs
  • Experience managing customer escalations, monitoring services, and driving system health metrics for software services
  • You'll own the health of NexHealth's most important technical moat, our data synchronizers
  • You'll work closely with the engineering team to build health and monitoring systems to give visibility into the current state of our data network
  • You'll work with our customer success team and customers to solve customer escalations and bring learning from escalations back to our monitoring systems so we don't need customers to tell us when something isn't working
  • This role reports to the Head of Product, Data Network and will be key in the success of the team and company
