Requirements
  • Full or part time undergraduate pursuing a B.S degree in Computer Science, Information technology, Information Management or similar discipline or a Technical Vocational school
  • Any Microsoft certification or relevant IT certification
Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot level 1 helpdesk tickets
  • Shadow Helpdesk analysts
  • Create workflows for new Solarwinds service desk system
  • Test existing forms
  • Assist in improving existing workflows
  • Get new laptops on domain
  • Check IP address
  • Make sure printers are properly mapped
  • Rebuilding, configuring and setup of desktops and laptops
  • Installing software on desktops and laptops
  • Replacing hardware on desktops and laptops / wiping computer images
