  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or equivalent experience is required.
  • At least 10 years of relevant banking experience with proven client relationship and sales abilities in the focus sectors within Public Finance is required.
  • Proven experience in investment banking and the capability to independently originate, structure, and execute large, complex transactions is required.
  • FINRA Series 7 license is required.
  • FINRA Series 63 license is required.
  • Broad product knowledge and specific technical expertise are required.
  • The ability to develop and maintain important client relationships and generate revenue from those relationships is required.

Responsibilities
  • Originate, structure, and distribute Public Finance solutions to borrowers in the Affordable Housing sector.
  • Network inside and outside the company to broaden business knowledge and increase effectiveness, participate in industry-related associations, and establish a network within the financial community.
  • Act as the primary banker and advisor for major clients.
  • Draw creatively on the full resources of the company to add value to client relationships.
  • Keep abreast of emerging client trends.
  • Gather information to understand client strategies and their views of market opportunities.
  • Modify proposals or plans to address client concerns and incorporate client suggestions.
  • Develop and maintain important client relationships and generate revenue from those relationships.
  • Demonstrate the organization’s value to clients in terms of their financial strategies and measures.
  • Identify ways for the organization’s product, sales, and service units to work together to deliver value.
  • Actively seek ways to contribute to client profitability.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with peers in Public Sector and Fixed Income to provide high-quality client solutions and service.
  • Provide technical and developmental support to more junior team members.
  • Assemble a balanced, diverse team to provide high-quality solutions and service to clients.

Radiant Logistics secures $200M revolving credit facility with improved terms and 2031 maturity

Radiant Logistics has completed an amended and restated $200 million secured revolving credit facility, refinancing its existing facility that was due to mature in August 2027. The new facility extends the maturity to 2031 and features improved terms, including lower interest rates and an expanded accordion feature increased from $75 million to $100 million. The facility will be used to fund acquisitions, capital expenditures, and potentially share buybacks. Borrowings accrue interest at SOFR plus 137.5 to 212.5 basis points, reduced from previous pricing. Net interest income reached $1.25 billion, slightly missing the $1.26 billion estimate but showing 8.7% year-on-year growth. The net interest margin came in at 2.9%, matching analyst expectations. KeyCorp operates KeyBank across 15 states, providing retail and commercial banking, wealth management, and investment services. The company's revenue growth has accelerated recently, with annualised growth of 12.6% over the past two years compared to 2.1% over five years. Net interest income from lending operations accounted for 60.4% of total revenue over the last five years.

KeyCorp posts Q2 net income of $472M, up 26% year-over-year with 7% revenue growth

KeyCorp reported second quarter 2026 net income of $472 million, or $0.44 per diluted common share, up 26% year-over-year. Revenue reached $1.96 billion, increasing 7% from the prior year. Net interest income rose 9% year-over-year and 2% sequentially, with net interest margin expanding to 2.89%. Period-end loans grew $1.2 billion sequentially, driven by a $2.1 billion increase in commercial and industrial loans. The company repurchased $341 million of common shares during the quarter. Net charge-offs stood at 42 basis points, whilst the Common Equity Tier 1 ratio reached 11.2%. Chairman and CEO Chris Gorman highlighted strong performance in investment banking, commercial payments, and wealth management. Assets under management grew to a record $74 billion.
