- We're is building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up - and we're looking for experienced Veterinary Medical Directors for our clinics in Chicago
- You've worked in the field for a while and are looking to elevate yourself. Rather than pursuing ownership (exhausting, administrative, risky), you'd like to focus on high-quality medicine and the opportunity to share your know-how with curious, hard working people. Welcome to the Medical Director role with Bond Vet. This is the opportunity for you to finesse your skillset and continue to grow as a provider, while providing leadership and direction for an entire clinic. Sounds exciting? We agree

You'll have access to the best technology, a warm and welcoming clinic environment, and did we mention snacks? Above all, you'll be provided with the autonomy to practice your medicine how you see fit and be supported mentally, physically and financially
- Positive Culture:
- Support near and far. We have a highly-skilled remote team of nurses to lend support with client needs, triaging cases, and assisting with day-to-day tasks when things get busy in the clinic
- Direct communication with leadership and influence over policies. If you're thoughtful, we're listening - let's build a better vet clinic together
- We have your back - we don't tolerate poor behavior from clients
- Quality of Life:
- Generous PTO for rest and enjoyment
- Flexible employment models so that you can find the option that works best for you
- Best-in-class compensation to elevate all areas of your life
- No overnights - and no hospitalizations overnights
- Physical and Mental health support in the form of medical, dental & vision plan options, frequent check ins, an Employee Assistance Program and more
- 401(k) with matching contributions
- 16 week parental leave programs over your time at Bond Vet
- And much more!
- You Have:
- A DVM/VMD degree with a IL veterinary license
- 3+ years experience in general medicine and surgery
- Previous leadership experience
- A passion for Bond Vet's mission to provide a superior vet experience for both patients and employees
- The ability to multi-task with a high degree of integrity and accountability
- A collaborative mindset
- The desire to elevate others
- Currently working elsewhere? We get it - the vet world is small. We're committed to a confidential and positive experience. Just looking to chat? Let's grab a coffee or hop on the phone. Email our Team at [email protected]
