Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, market research, social science, or related field
  • 7 years of market research experience
  • Extensive experience leading both quantitative and qualitative research studies
  • Strong project and client management skills
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills
  • Skilled at conducting in-depth interviews
  • Experience and desire to manage junior researchers
  • Full working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Depth of experience with statistical software (e.g., SPSS) and programming software (e.g., Qualtrics)
  • Familiarity with Quid and/or Talkwalker
  • Occasional travel for business
Responsibilities
  • Leading client meetings to advise on approach and scope of research
  • Developing/reviewing survey questionnaires and qualitative screeners
  • Determining quotas and weighting schemes
  • Coordinating with operations team for survey programming, fielding, and data processing
  • Drafting moderator guides
  • Conducting in-depth interviews
  • Writing analysis plan, analyzing data, and developing key findings
  • Creating insightful and visually compelling reports and presentations
  • Managing staff assigned to the project team
  • Contributing to new business efforts
  • Formally managing junior staff
  • Providing clients with strategic guidance and valued advice
  • Building relationships for self and company across network of teams
