Setpoint Systems designs, installs, and services integrated building control systems to improve energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and building management. Its product approach centers on BACnet-based controls that connect and automate different building subsystems (such as HVAC, lighting, and sensors) through central controllers to monitor performance and optimize operations. The company differentiates itself with decades of experience since 1983, a track record of complex, custom solutions, and strong ongoing service and support across a range of facilities—from high-rise commercial buildings to university campuses, hospitals, and data centers—primarily in the Rocky Mountain region and beyond. The goal is to deliver tailored, future-ready controls that reduce operational costs and help building owners manage energy use more effectively.
