Requirements
  • 2+ years of related experience in digital marketing
  • Ability to create positive external relationships and internal cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong project management experience
  • Experience working with Google Ads, AdWords, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, and Google Analytics
  • Experience remarketing, low-bid campaigns, programmatic, and other advanced digital advertising tactics
  • Experience Demandbase, or similar account-based marketing systems would be an asset
  • Analytics experience and knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Ability to work independently, seek information where needed, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong digital composition, verbal and collaboration skills with a data-driven mindset and ability to report on findings and offer suggestions
  • Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable
  • Combination of corporate and agency work experience is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Managing the day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple search engines
  • Work closely with the Marketing team members and business partners to understand paid digital campaign requirements
  • Create and move digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
  • Implement digital marketing campaigns with external agencies and internal teams
  • Analyze and develop reporting programs for campaigns
  • Monitor and report on all paid campaign ROI and KPIs
  • Engage in A/B testing to determine successful campaign strategies
