- A high school diploma or GED.
- Must have at least 5 years of Quality Inspection experience.
- Must be able to pass IPC J-STD inspection certification testing.
- Must be able to sit and operate an inspection microscope for long periods (up to 10 hour shifts).
- Must be able to support overtime and weekend work.
- US Citizenship Required.
- Inspect solder joints of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and mixed technology hardware.
- Inspect and measure mechanical hardware.
- Clearly communicate and document inspection results.
- Read and interpret engineering documentation.
- Adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
